King Crab & Artichoke Dip:
1 (8oz) pack low fat cream cheese,softened;1 cup low fat mayo; 1 cup
crabmeat; 1/3 cup chopped green onions; 1(13 3/4 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained &
chopped; and 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend cream cheese and mayo in bowl , then
stir in remaining ingredients; Spread evenly into an ovenproof baking dish; Bake
uncovered for 15 minutes, until heated through and golden brown of top
Serve with sliced baquettes or cut veggies(such as celery, red bell peppers,
cucumbers)
