4c. A.P. Flour
2t. Baking Soda
1T. 1t. Cinnamon

4c. Sugar
2t. Salt
2c. Shortening

12 Granny Smith Apples
2 1/2c. Walnuts

8 eggs


mix well

1. Place dry ingredients in sifter
2. Place sugar, shortening and salt in mixing bowl
3. Cream on 1st. speed, while peeling, cut in 1/4 and core
4. Go to 2nd speed while and chop apples
5. Add nuts to apples
6. Add 1 egg at a time, while sifting flour and pan spray spring form pans
7. Add Flour mix on 1st. speed
8. fold in Apples
9. Add 6c. of mixture to each pan
10. Sprinkle sugar cinnamon mixture and bake

(3 spring form pans lined with paper, 325 degrees for 53 minutes
