Humming Bird cake

Pre Heat 300 degrees,
3 c. AP Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 t. Salt
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Cinnamon
3 Eggs beaten
1 1/2c Veg. Oil
1 1/2 t. Vanilla
1 c. Pineapple crushed
1 c. Pecan
2 c. Banana pulp

 

1. Combine all dry ingredients
2. combine egg and oil to dry ingredients,
3. add rest if ingredients
2 10 inch. pans 300 degrees, 30 minutes
