Cabbage soup – anti-inflammatory
I started by cooking bacon in the bottom of a deep pot, I took most of the bacon fat/greese out, I added sweet onions, green onions and tops, shallots, wilt them a little bit. I added mushrooms sliced, cabbage, (from indigo farms in South Carolina), organic plum tomatos, sweet potato, spinach, some field peas and snaps (Margaret Holmes Florence South Carolina), hemp seed, turmeric, black pepper, oyster soy sauce, liquid smoke, smoked paprika, a little bit of habanero mango seasoning, several different salts. And little ground chicken meatballs.
