Bottom Round Roast Keto Low Carb.

This delicious beef bottom round roast can feed a single person for days!

    • Preheat oven to 475F.
    • Must be fully thawed roast (cold is ok and preferred by most) remove it from any packaging.
    • Place the bottom round roast on a cutting board.
    • cover the entire surface of the roast with olive oil or avocado oil.
    • Combine the seasonings in a small bowl. I used Smoked Paprika, Onion powder, garlic & parsley, turmeric, black pepper, Himalayan sea salt
    • Apply seasonings on the entire surface of the roast – top, bottom, and sides.
    • Place the roast in a cast-iron skillet.
    • Cook for 20 minutes at 475 degrees.
    • Reduce heat to 170 degrees F and continue to cook.
    • Cook the roast until the internal temperature reaches around 135-140 degrees (medium-rare is 145 degrees but the roast will cook as it is cooling).
    • Slice and serve if you want to serve it medium-rare.
  • If you want to serve it medium or medium-well, slice the roast in the cast iron pan, pour 2 cups of beef broth in and heat on the stove over low heat until the slices reach the desired level of done.
The cooking time of this recipe varies depending upon the actual size/weight of the roast.
This is a cold cut and sauerkraut in the middle raw asparagus & Broccoli, boiled egg, cheese, strawberries, , thats a horseraddish & white cheddar thing on top of the beef, (Purple Sweet Potato)-(NOT A KETO OR LOW CARB FOOD)
