Quick Broiled Lobster Wesley
- Two 4 to 6 Oz Lobster Tails…..Frozen are fine, *just thaw them first
- 2 Tbsp UnSalted Butter
- 1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika, *Good stuff not stale left over4 year old Paprika!
- 1 or 2 Clove of Garlic * Minced up
- Carefully cut top shell off
- Cut down center of top thin meat layer, remove the poop shoot or leave it…matters not to me!
- Put garlic, Paprika, salt, then layer the butter to cover entire length of tail.
- Put in oven safe dish, “i use Aluminium bowls to broil mine in”
- Put in oven on broil about 6 to 10 inches from broiler heat, broil 7 to 12 minutes , basting with the belted butter under cooking tails, *watch close the juice will turn opaque and the meat firms up.
- Take out of oven, let sit 3 to 5 minutes, baste with butter….remove meat from shell, ENJOY
