Chicken Legs in the oven, & 3 Sides in the same pan! *KETO TOO!

I seasoned ( Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Hymalian Salt . To taste ) some Chicken legs placed in a glass pan, I used Ghee as my nonstick, I put in Oven uncovered at 222F, about an hour and a half, i flip each leg, then turned heat up to 420F until the internal check of temp is 165°F.

Pour the chicken drippings/stock into a pan on the stove, add butter, I added some nice broccolini I had cut each piece of the broccolini In half down the stem long ways just to speed up the cooking, add more liquid if you need to, bone broth, stock, water, etc. when you get it wilted nicely not fully cooked but done enough, remove to a place leave behind any liquid, add more

I cooked squash, I added a little bit of liquid, you can use bone broth, water, chicken stock, etc, I seasoned it with ( Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Hymalian Salt . To taste ), until it was almost done I like mine still firm. Remove from pan, leave the liquid. the squash leaves behind a pretty good liquid content you can add a little bit of liquid if you need it.

I had some spinach in the fridge so I added heavy whipping cream to the liquid that was left in the pan, added a big handful spinach, season blend, ( Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Hymalian Salt . To taste ) and some bacon bits, I had some cheese left out that I had cut up yesterday, and a little bit of blue cheese and a little bit of I don’t know some kind of white weird cave cheese I added it, blended it in, and at the very end right before I took it out I added mozzarella, blended it in.

it is basically creamed spinach, and the sauce is great over everything
