Black pepper turmeric hemp seed and mushrooms combine with kale make a wonderful immunity boosting anti-inflammation dish.

The side dish is made with kale, a mushroom melody, some broccolini, some normal broccoli, turmeric black pepper, hemp seed, a dash of liquid smoke, it’s cooked in bacon fat and I did not salt it.
